What is the difference between ScreenSquid and Google Analytics?

ScreenSquid records video of users visiting your website while Google Analytics provides charts and graphs detailing your visitors. They should be used together.

ScreenSquid will provide you with the full story about what your users did. Where they moved their mouse, what they saw, what they typed, etc. This helps you understand exactly how your visitors are using your website, where they’re having trouble, and how you can help them.

The video is archived for a month. This way, if a user says they had trouble doing something, you can look up a recent video of them and see exactly what they did. It also gives you an idea of who’s been on your site recently.

Google analytics will tell you what kind of people visited but it won’t clue you into what they actually did.
